A day after Pakistan provided the second consular access to Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav, Foreign Office Spokesperson Aisha Farooqui said on Friday that another consular access has been granted to Jadhav.

She said the offer has been made to India and a response is awaited, local media reported. Farooqui further said Pakistan has offered to give consular access without the presence of a security guard.

Kulbhushan Jadhav has refused to file review petition against death sentence

On Thursday, two officials from the Indian High Commission in Islamabad who were granted consular access for a second time to Jadhav, left without hearing him out. Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said the two officials did not want consular access. The minister said Jadhav kept asking the Indian diplomats to talk to him but they left.

However, the Indian Ministry of External Affairs said that their officals left the meeting with Jadhav, because an agreement to allow 'unimpeded' consular access had not been honoured by Pakistani officials.
