ARTICLE: "Nah, nah, nah, pooh, pooh."

"What are you? Four years old?"

"To be childlike is nothing negative my friend."

"Agreed but to be childish is a negative and your no-actual word (NAW) refrain is childish."

"Shouldn't you ask why I used this so called NAW?"

"NAW reminds me of LAC you know Line of Actual Control - I had heard of Line of Control before never Line of Actual Control but the China India spat..."

"For each border there is a different protocol...."

"Just like for each member of the executive there is different protocol."

"Right and it's not hierarchical in the Land of the Pure for example Zardari sahib is given greater protocol in Sindh than say a federal minister..."

"Nothing in the Land of the Pure follows the dictates of normal definitions, democracy here is different, accountability is different, our judiciary before and after retirement behaves differently from their counterparts in other countries because lucrative jobs are on offer....yes I am referring to Javed Iqbal sahib of the National Accountability Bureau fame and..."

"But the definition of LoC is universal."

"Shush anyway why the NAW refrain?"

"Oh it was the maulvis, read ruet-i-hilal committee showing the thumb to Fawad Chaudhary. And can I make a recommendation...."

"Don't get involved in this debate - let Fawad Chaudhary deal with it..."

"I was going to recommend that Fawad Chaudhary forges a moon agreement with the committee members and..."

"Moon agreement?"

"You know the United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs forged a Moon Agreement that applies to the moon and other celestial bodies and stipulated that these bodies should be used exclusively for peaceful purposes, their environments should not be disrupted, that the United Nations should be informed of the location and purpose of any station established on those bodies and declared the Moon and its natural resources common heritage of mankind."

"I guess they didn't check with our ruet-i-hilal committee - common heritage indeed! Anyway the Moon Agreement was adopted by the UN general assembly in 1979 and couldn't be ratified till 1984 if I recall."

"So?"

"So consider that this is the year 1980 upto 1983 as far as the maulvis and Fawad Chaudhary are concerned - no ratification."

"Don't be facetious."
