Futures spreads down by 381 basis points

Futures spreads declined by 381bps on week-on-week basis to stand at 10.10 percent from previous week''s 13.91 percent. Trading activities on the futures counter also decreased as the average daily volumes declined by 45 percent on week-on-week basis to stand at 9.25 million shares as compared to previous week''s average of 16.82 million shares.
The daily trading value declined by Rs 34.6 percent on week-on-week basis to Rs 670.94 million from previous week''s Rs 1,025.84 million.
