ISLAMABAD: The anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Monday dropped the terrorism clauses from the controversial judge, Arshad Malik's video scam case.
The ATC judge Raja Jawad Abbas Hassan while announcing its reserved verdict, accepted the 23 ATA plea of two accused Nasir and Hamza, for removing the terrorism clauses from the case.
The court removed section of terrorism from the case and observed that the case does not fall under terrorism.
