British Airways to resume flight operations to Pakistan

  • As per details, the carrier is resuming its air operations to Pakistan from August, the British company will operate three flights a week from Heathrow to Islamabad.

Coming as good news for Pakistanis residing in the United Kingdom, British Airways has decided to resume air operations for Pakistan from next month.

As per details, the carrier is resuming its air operations to Pakistan from August, the British company will operate three flights a week from Heathrow to Islamabad.

British Airways has requested the Pakistani authorities to assure them of making arrangements in this regard and has also sought details of the arrangements from the Islamabad Airport Manager.

British Airways said in a letter that the safety of the fixed bridges for the aircraft should be confirmed.

It should be noted that British Airways had suspended its air operations in Pakistan due to coronavirus pandemic.
