Pakistan win toss, opt to bat against England

Pakistan have won the toss and elected to bat first in the first Test match of the series against England in Manchester.

As expected, Pakistan went with two spinner, Yasir Shah and Shadab Khan while England are unchanged from their last Test against West Indies.
