ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Ijaz Shah on Wednesday said that Pakistan had very clear vision on Kashmir, "we are with them and we will continue to stand in support of Kashmiris".
Speaking at a function in the connection with renaming Kashmir Highway as "Srinagar Highway" to express solidarity with the Kashmiri brothers, Shah said that Pakistan would continue to stand in support of Kashmiris and their right to self-determination and their integrity was to be respected and supported at all levels.
He also made it clear, "We cannot get Kashmir through mere rhetoric; instead, Pakistan needs to adopt an "eyeball to eyeball" stance against Narenda Modi to get Kashmir."
Shah said that we need to self reflect and assess whether there is a way that we can win Kashmir over without firing a single bullet.
The minister said that when Pakistan came into being we inherited this issue.
"For the last 72 years, we have been supporting Kashmir issue and standing firm with Kashmiri brothers and sisters."
"I salute all the Kashmiris for their resilience and courage, its unimaginable that how they have survived a year of atrocities, rapes, and murder," he said.
