Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ameer Haider Khan Hoti has said that ANP local office bearers and workers are party asset and today ANP is a political force in the province due to their day night efforts and struggle.
He said that no political party could match ANP in sacrifices for survival of the nation and establishment of peace.
He said that net of development schemes had been extended to every nook and corner of the province in consultation with party associations, which would bring pleasant changes in social and economic status of the people.
He was addressing to presidents and general secretaries of ANP district associations at Chief Minister's House on Tuesday.
The CM threw light on his four years' performance in detail, and said that history lacked precedent on how the people gallantly faced flood and terrorism challenges.
He said that due to brilliant performance of the government, other peace and development-loving political parties were announcing association to ANP.
He said ANP had effective representation in areas of the province which was nominal in the past, adding that inclusion of people representatives from southern districts and Hazara in ANP had brought new spirit to the party.
He clarified that there was a need of continuity in development process for encouragement to the youth, increase in health and education facilities and eradication of poverty in order that common man can benefit from its fruits.
He also cited his government efforts in lessening national energy crisis under which a project of generating hydel power from own resources had been launched.
Later on, office bearers from different districts met the CM and apprised him of development schemes and people problems in their respective areas.
The CM issued directives on applications.
ANP Fata Association office bearers also met the CM and apprised him of association activities in Fata.
ANP President Senator Afrasyab Khattak, Senior Vice President Senator Baz Muhammad Khan, Engineer Abbass Khan, prominent legal expert; Abdul Latif Lala, Provincial General Secretary; Arbab Muhammad Tahir, MPAs, Imran Afridi, PSF Central President Bashir Khan Sherpao and other central and provincial office bearers were also present on the occasion.
