KARACHI: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between House Building Finance Company Limited (HBFC) and iTecknologi Group of Companies in August 2020, at a ceremony held in Karachi at iTecknologi Head Office.

According to the MoU, HBFC will facilitate the employees of iTecknologi to avail housing finance facility across Pakistan on preferential terms & conditions. The memorandum was signed by Faisal Murad, Group Head Business & Operations, HBFC and Fahad Essani, Head of Finance & Company Secretary, iTecknologi Group of Companies in the presence of senior executives of both organizations.

House Building Finance Company Limited (HBFC) is the prime housing finance institution of the country, providing financing facilities for construction & purchase of houses through its deep rooted and national footprint of 51 branches in 48 cities.

The institution has a unique distinction of being the first and the only housing finance institution in Pakistan that has combined the best of financing expertise, public welfare and commitment to excellence & innovation. It is anticipated that this collaboration will turn out to be a win-win situation for both organizations.-PR
