Food exhibition held

Institute of Rural Home Economics, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad organised Food Arrangement and Continental Dishes exhibition at Dining Hall of the Institute here on Thursday. Surriya Naseem (Ex-Parliamentarian) was the guest of honour on this occasion. She hailed the skill of students regarding preparation of high standard food and drinks.
She along with Director General National Institute of Food Science & Technology (NIFSAT) inspected various stalls and tasted the food stuff and declared it at par with food stuff of five star hotels. Sadaf Shakoor, Supervisor of exhibition told the guests that all students visited all major food chains, five star hotels and restaurants in order to enhance their skills to prepare nutritious food, services expertise, display art and cooking methods.
