KARACHI: Gold on Saturday skyrocketed by Rs1800 per tola to Rs116200 on the local market, traders said.
Price of the precious metal per 10 grams also soared by Rs1543 to Rs99623 on the local market.
Gold on the world market was quoted for $1931 per ounce, up by $16.
Silver was available for Rs1300 per tola, up by Rs100; Rs1114.54 per 10 grams, up by Rs85.74 and $25.20 per ounce, traders said.
