ISLAMABAD: Despite warning to the opposition parties for not holding rallies to avoid further spread of Covid-19, the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), on Saturday held a mammoth organisational convention at Liaquat Bagh in Rawalpindi.
The PTI has repeatedly been warning the opposition parties not to hold rallies since they announced anti-government movement from the platform Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) headed by flamboyant cleric Fazlur Rehman, but the ruling party itself went in defiance of its own advice.
