Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that India plans to scale up terrorist operations in Pakistan in November and December.

In a presser along with Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Major General Babar Iftikhar, the FM said Pakistan has irrefutable evidence and showed letters, transactions, audio and other evidence of Indian involvement of state-sponsored terrorism in Pakistan.

He said Pakistan will be presenting this dossier to the United Nation, OIC and others and expect the international community to play its role for peace and stability in the region. "If the world does not look into the Indian agenda of destabilizing Pakistan, I am afraid peace and stability in a nuclear Asia does not seem to be their priority," Qureshi said.

He named two Indian intelligence agencies, Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) and DIA, which are financing, training and harboring terrorists. Their objective is state terrorism and instability in Pakistan, FM said. The minister said that Karachi, Lahore, and Peshawar could be targets of India this month and next month. He said Indian officials have met with terrorist organizations four times.

He continued that India wants to sabotage the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and has distributed Rs 80 billion to a terrorist organization cell set up for this purpose.

The DG ISPR said Indian embassies operating along Pakistan borders, have become hubs of terrorist sponsorship against Pakistan. He added Pakistan has evidence of terrorist funding by India.

"RAW has made two transactions to promote terrorism in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Both transactions were made through Indian banks," the ISPR said. He further said besides funding, India has been rendering support to various entities through the provision of weapons, ammunition and improvised explosives devices (IED) as well as suicides jackets.

"Recently, RAW sponsored network of six terrorists has been unearthed which has linkages with the attack to Pakistan Stock Exchange," the DG ISPR said. The DG ISPR played video, audio clips, and voice notes of Indian handlers giving instructions on using and planting an IED. In one of the audio, the RAW handler also says 'that the more people you kill, the more money you will get'.

The DG ISPR continued that tangible evidence indicates that RAW is involved in planting IEDs in Azad Jammu and Kashmir to target civilians and military personnel. Since January 2016, 60 IEDs were planted out of which 38 exploded, resulting in the casualties of 13 civilians and 46 military personnel, the DG ISPR said. He added that the remaining were successfully neutralized.

He said last year, Indian officers Colonel Pandit and Colonel Maaz delivered nine IEDs to miscreants at the Line of Control. The explosives used, the nuts and bolts, the remotes used, all lead back to being manufactured by Indian companies, he added.

He added that Malik Feridoon, the mastermind of the Army Public School (APS) attack went to the Jalalabad consulate to celebrate.
