The Lahore High Court in order to improve the standard of the court decision has launched the inspection of district courts. The Chief Justice has nominated a judge of LHC for each district to monitor the performance of that district.
Justice Sagheer Ahmad Qadri, inspection judge of district courts of Lahore, along with a five-member team carried out inspection in Lahore courts. The team was headed by Abdul Sattar, member inspection team (MIT); Jawadul Hassan representative of the CJ LHC, and three additional MITs.
The team inspected record of decided cases of additional district and sessions judges and prepared their performance report. During this exercise registers of the court staff were also examined. The inspection will continue on July 17 and 18.
