KARACHI: The Sindh government has allowed the markets to remain open till 8pm withdrawing its earlier order, spokesperson for Sindh government, Barrister Murtaza Wahab tweeted Thursday.
"This is to inform that markets in #Sindh will remain open till 8 PM. It is again expected from the market associations, shop owners and citizens that due regard to SOPs shall be observed & everyone including the shopkeeper and visitor shall wear a mask," Murtaza wrote on his Twitter account.
Earlier, Sindh government had asked the traders to close their businesses by 6pm in the wake of rising Covid-19 cases in the province.
