Rs four billion Ramazan Package to provide relief to masses: minister

Punjab Minister for Agriculture and Irrigation Malik Ahmad Ali has said that Rs 4 billion 'Ramazan Package' will provide relief to the masses during the sacred month of Ramazan. Punjab Agriculture Department is setting up special fair price shops to offer different commodities on subsidised rates to the masses.
He said the department has completed arrangements to provide flour, sugar, fruits, pulses and vegetables on cheaper rates in all the Sunday Bazaars and Ramazan Bazaars. These views were expressed by him while talking to media persons in an open Kutchehry (open courts) set up in tent office at Minar-e-Pakistan here on Thursday.
