Karachi Electric Supply Company under rain emergency plan 2012 has alerted all its maintenance and safety teams to remain geared up for the expected rains forecast for the city. KESC has also established close liaison with the city and town administrations for monitoring of the current monsoon rain-related incidents and deployment of support teams and material at the shortest possible notice.
The Central and regional centers have been established for effective communication, co-ordination and control, while the respective segment heads would be receiving hourly reports with respect to the faults situation arising due to the rains and their respective rectification measures.-PR
