The Lahore High Court on Thursday sought reply from provincial Home Secretary and Director General Immigration for putting names of pharmacists on Exit Control List (ECL) in connection with spurious drugs' case of Punjab Institute Case (PIC). The petitioner pharmacists prayed to the court to direct the respondents to remove their name from the ECL.
