HYDERABAD: Deputy Director Sindh Food Authority Hyderabad Region Syed Ghulam Mehdi Shah said that no excesses will be tolerated while enforcing the rules and regulations of Sindh Food Authority (SFA).

He was responding to the points raised by the President Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders and Small Industry (HCSTSI), Saleemuddin Qureshi and Convener, Sub-Committee on Food Affairs, Chaudhry Muhammad Aslam, while addressing at the ceremony held at the conference hall of the Chamber.

He said that traders and industrialists have to cooperate with the Sindh Food Authority so that consumers could have access to unadulterated, fresh and hygienic food. Giving background of the authority he informed that Sindh Food Authority has been set up by the Sindh Assembly through legislation to help the people in acquiring pure and unadulterated daily necessities. He assured that the issues raised by the traders would be resolved without delay.
