Chinese manufacturer ZTE have announced it will create its own smartphone which will support the new mobile communications standard LTE. The almost 9-mm-thick Grand X LTE has a 4.5-inch display, a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor and an 8 megapixels camera. Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) serves as the operating system.
The smartphone is expected to come out in the third quarter of this year. ZTE has not announced any price details.
