SCAAP seeks raise in salaries

Supreme Council Audit & Accounts Pakistan (SCAAP) has demanded of the government to increase their emoluments equivalent to federal government organisations. Talking to media, Jameel-ur-Rehman Khan, vice chairman, SCAAP said that the employees of the PM secretariat, finance, FBR and others are getting double salaries. He said the SCAAP generates billions of rupees revenue through audits of the government and private organisations.
However, he said the members of SCAAP are still deprived of enjoying same benefits parallel to federal government employees. He also requested to the President of Pakistan, Prime Minister and Chief MQM Altaf Hussain to take positive measures on SCAAP's plea.
