Seeds items' prices higher on grain market

Seeds items ie rapeseed cakes and cotton seed cakes, prices were higher on the wholesale grain market on Tuesday in process of slow trading, dealers said. On the seed side rapeseed cake low type was higher by Rs 60 to Rs 1180 while the best quality was unchanged at Rs 1200, cottonseed oilcake with bag Sindh (old) quality low type gained Rs 25 to Rs 450, the best type, however, was down by Rs 150 to Rs 550, cottonseeds oilcake Sindh (new) inferior quality picked up Rs 30 to Rs 1010 and the superior quality was higher by Rs 10 to Rs 1020, they said.
On the cereal side guwar Sindh and Punjab slipped by Rs 1000 to Rs 23000-24000, other items did not show any change in the absence of high demand, they said. Prices were inert on the grams and rice sectors, they said.
