SUKKUR: Barrister Arsalan Islamuddin Shaikh, ex-mayor Sukkur has thanked Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari and Sindh chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah for appointing him as Special Assistant to Chief Minister Sindh for Sukkur Affairs.
