Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor, Barrister Masood Kausar has stressed the need for more effective and efficient role of lawyers' community to promote awareness amongst the people towards their socio-economic uplift and guide them towards ensuring their better future.
Talking to a renowned lawyer, Jamal Khattak advocate, who called on him at Governor's House, the Governor said that it is his firm belief that the lawyer's community can do a lot in the nation building process and ensuring its better future.
The Governor appreciated various proposals put forward by Jamal Khattak for further easing working condition for the lawyers community; augmentation of facilities at bars and said, it is always his pleasure to meet and to take the lawyers on board, whenever he happens to visit any area of the province. "I went almost every district bar of the province over the past about one and a half year and have tried my best to resolve their difficulties and materialise the proposal, which they had put forward for socio-economic wellbeing of the people", he remarked. Improvement and strengthening of bar libraries, the Governor said, is always his earnest desire and in future too he will do his best to help the lawyers' community to make this possible to the maximum extent.
Meanwhile Jamal Khattak advocate also put forward various proposals for wellbeing of the lawyers' community and betterment of the bars across the province.
