KARACHI: On Thursday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 10.964 billion and the number of lots traded 8,846.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 2.983 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 2.676 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.520 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 919.403 million), Natural Gas (PKR 509.990 million), Silver (PKR 351.163 million), Copper (PKR 332.596 million), DJ (PKR 287.426 million), Platinum (PKR 273.129 million), SP 500 (PKR 95.197 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 15.135 million). In Agricultural commodities, 6 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 6.226 million were traded.
