KARACHI: On Monday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 20.400 billion and the number of lots traded 15,287. Major business was contributed by NSDQ 100 amounting to PKR 8.647 billion, followed by Gold (PKR 3.888 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.430 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.654 billion), DJ (PKR 1.552 billion), Platinum (PKR 814.149 million), Copper (PKR 514.610 million), Silver (PKR 469.963 million), SP 500 (PKR 289.807 million), Natural Gas (PKR 129.296 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 9.457 million). In Agricultural Commodities, 3 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 3.245 million were traded.
