District & Sessions Judge Charsadda, Muhammad Sabir, Addl. District & Sessions Judge Charsadda transferred and posted as Addl. Registrar, Swat Bench (Darul Qaza) Swat Bench (Darul Qaza), Ms Kulsoom Azam, Addl. District & Sessions Judge Swabi transferred and posted as Addl. District & Sessions Judge Peshawar, Tahir Mehmood, Addl. District & Sessions Judge Ghazi (Haripur) transferred and posted as Addl. District & Sessions Judge Swabi, Aamer Nazir Bhatti, Addl. District & Sessions Judge/Legal Draftsman, transferred and posted as Addl. Member Inspection Team Peshawar High Court Peshawar.
He shall also look after the affairs of Human Rights Cell, Peshawar High Court pertaining to males, Mrs Riffat Aamir, Addl. District & Sessions Judge/AMIT, Peshawar High Court, transferred and posted as Legal Draftsperson Peshawar High Court Peshawar.
She shall also look after the affairs of the Human Rights Cell Peshawar High Court pertaining to females, Muhammad Shoaib, Senior Civil Judge/Director Planning & Development Peshawar High Court transferred and posted as Senior Civil Judge/A'ala Illaqa Qazi Chitral, Qaiser Rahim, Senior Civil Judge/A'ala Illaqa Qazi, Chitral transferred and posted as Director Planning & Development Peshawar High Court Peshawar, Ihteshamul Haq Danishmand Khan, Civil Judge-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Swabi transferred and posted as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate Abbottabad, Ms Hussan Bano, Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate Abbottabad transferred and posted as Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate Swabi and Azimullah Mishwani, Civil Judge/Illaqa Qazi Chitral transferred and posted as Senior Civil Judge/A'ala Illaqa Qazi Shangla on current charge basis in his own pay and scale, on availment of ex-Pakistan (Study Leave) by Irshad Ahmad Khan, Senior Civil Judge/A'ala Illaqa Qazi Shangla.
