What is the expected crop of cotton during 2022-2023 in Pakistan ( Provence wise ) after damaging due to flood and rains

The 40 kg current price is 22235 & 23829 Respectively. Besides, we have to remove wastages , impurities depart to depart which may be 16 to 18 % So, If, 23829/.84 = 28368 Except Transportation expanses. Due to rain & flood there may be short fall of Cotton fiber this year & change to increase Cotton fiber prices as per grading & Quality.
