HONG KONG: Hong Kong shares edged down Thursday on profit-taking after soaring almost six percent the day before, while traders are steeling themselves for the release of key US jobs data at the end of the week.
The Hang Seng Index dipped 0.42 percent, or 75.82 points, to 18,012.15.
