A delegation of notables from Pakpattan called on Pakistan Muslim League senior central leader and Deputy Prime Minister Chaudhry Parvaiz Elahi and Moonis Elahi at their residence here on Friday. During the meeting, former MNA Ahmad Raza Maneka, Mian Farooq Maneka and Peer Muhammad Shah Khagga exchanged views with Chaudhry Parvaiz Elahi about political situation in district Pakpattan, apprised him about problems of their constituencies and put forth suggestions for solution of the same.
Strategy with regard to next general election was also deliberated. On this occasion, Chaudhry Parvaiz Elahi announced to give ticket for NA 165 to Mian Ahmad Raza Maneka, for NA 164 to Peer Muhammad Shah Khagga and PP-227 to Mian Farooq Maneka. He said that names of remaining candidates from district Pakpattan will also be announced shortly.
