A petition has been filed in the Lahore High Court seeking a ban on the access to blasphemous movie named "Innocence of Muslims" on internet. A citizen Shoaib Ahmad through Advocate Fahad Ahmad Siddiqi stated that the blasphemous movie had been produced by Zionists and widely circulated its web links on internet. It was the duty of respondents in the petition to block access of these links in Pakistan.
The petitioner therefore prayed to the court to direct respondents to immediately block access to the said film through Google and Youtube websites.
