Likewise other parts of the country, the activists of different political and religious parties wings and students organisations continued holding protest demonstrations and rallies against the anti-Islam film in Peshawar, demanding for immediate expulsion of US envoy and sever diplomatic and trade ties with it.
The workers of JI and Shabab-i-Milli marched from Darvesh Mosque Peshawar Saddar and held a rally outside the US consulate where the police had taken precautionary measures to stop movement of the protestors towards the consulate. The protestors were led by former MNA, JI provincial General Secretary Shabir Ahmed Khan, Secretary Information Israrullah Khan Advocate and Peshawar Amir Bahrullah Advocate.
