Equities show negative signs on ISE

Bears dominated the proceedings on the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed negative signs under the lead of hot favourite amid decrease in index. ISE Ten Index was down by 49.64 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 3,196.63 to 3,146.99 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 87,000 shares as compared to previous turnover of 55,500 shares. Total 138 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (91) closed in negative territory, 47 landed in plus column and zero company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The volume of Fauji Cement Company was 50,500 shares. The volume of Fatima Fertiliser was 15,000 shares. The volume of NIB Bank was 10,000 shares.
