KARACHI: Pakistan International Airline (PIA) has inducted two more aircraft in its operational fleet.
According to the details, the airline has added the newly inducted A320 to its operational fleet while also bringing a long-grounded Boeing 777 back to the sky.
PIA spokesman said that both aircraft would reduce pressures on the already overstretched fleet of the airline and would also facilitate the national flag carrier to go for much-needed network expansion.
The A320 aircraft operated its first commercial flight as PK309 from Islamabad to Karachi while the Boeing 777 aircraft operated as PK300 from Karachi to Islamabad.
