KARACHI: On Monday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 16.860 billion and the number of lots traded at 15,893.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 5.927 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 4.365 billion), Silver (PKR 1.794 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.703 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.129 billion), DJ (PKR 888.811 million), Platinum (PKR 485.343 million), Natural Gas (PKR 307.633 million), SP500 (PKR 200.266 million), Copper (PKR 43.477 million) and Brent (PKR 14.598 million).
In Agricultural Commodities, 7 lots of Cotton amounting to PRK 8.073 million were traded.
