KARACHI: On Friday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 21.466 billion and the number of lots traded at 19,125.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 12.413 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 4.466 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.389, billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 891.701 million), Silver (PKR 862.048 million), Platinum (PKR 573.843 million), DJ (PKR 374.267 million), SP500 (PKR 227.890 million), Natural Gas (PKR 139.867 million), Copper (PKR 70.729 million), Japan equity (PKR 45.904 million) and Brent (PKR 11.057 million).
In Agricultural Commodities, 14 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 15.376 million were traded.
