KARACHI: Gold prices on Wednesday regained some value on the local market, traders said.

The rates of yellow metal went up by Rs600 to Rs237800 per tola and Rs514 to Rs203875 per 10 grams.

Silver prices remained the same at Rs2900 per tola and Rs2486.28 per 10 grams.

On the global market, gold prices stood for $1982 per ounce and silver for $23.48 per ounce traders said.
