KARACHI: Gold and silver prices on Friday gained a big value on the local market, traders said. Gold prices grew by Rs2700 to Rs223400 per tola and Rs2315 to Rs191530 per 10 grams.
Silver was traded for Rs2650 per tola, up by Rs100 and Rs2271.94 per 10 grams, up by Rs85.73. On the world market, gold prices stood for $1965 per ounce and silver for $24.11 per ounce, traders said.
