KARACHI: Nestlé Pakistan’s sales for the first half of 2023 rose by 26.1 percent as compared to the same period last year.
The increase in revenue is mainly a result of broad growth across our products, complemented by a favourable portfolio mix, demand generating activities and pricing management initiatives.
The results were shared at the end of the Company’s Board of Directors’ meeting at its Head Office.
A focus on localization of raw and packaging materials, boosting exports and tighter control on fixed costs by the Company also led to an improvement in the operating profit. This was achieved despite headwinds of high inflation and limited foreign exchange availability for imports, among others.
