Future spreads decline by 20 basis points

The future spreads reduced by 20 basis points during the outgoing week, down 10.56 percent from previous week's 10.76 percent. Trading activities at the futures counter remained low as the average daily volumes decreased by 36.5 percent to close at 12.06 million shares against the previous week's average of 18.99 million shares.
The average daily trading value was reduced by 13.0 percent during the week to Rs950.78 million against the previous week's Rs1,093.06 million.
