LONDON: European stock markets steadied at the open on Tuesday, with London’s benchmark FTSE 100 index opened almost flat at 7,374.71 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt’s DAX index edged up by less than 0.1 percent to 14,813.92 points and the Paris CAC 40 rose 0.2 percent to 6,863.48.
