KARACHI: On Wednesday at PMEX, the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 24.482 billion and the number of lots traded was 18,527.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 11.745 billion, followed by NSDQ 100 (PKR 3.969 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 3.875 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 2.045 billion), DJ (PKR 948.609 million), Platinum (PKR 756.641 million), Silver (PKR 504.662 million), Brent (PKR 219.658 million), SP 500 (PKR 191.320 million), Natural Gas (PKR 131.576 million), Copper (PKR 67.536 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 26.153 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 28 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR74.848 were traded.
