HYDERABAD: The 15th executive committee meeting of Hyderabad Chamber of Small Traders & Small Industry was convened under the presidency of Muhammad Farooq Shaikhani.
According to the statement issued by Secretary General Furqan Ahmed Lodhi, after the vacant position following the resignation of Senior Vice President Muhammad Arif Memon, Dr. Muhammad Ismail Farouk Nami was nominated for the post of Senior Vice President and Muhammad Yaseen Khilji was nominated for the Vice President, which was unanimously approved by the executive committee.
President Muhammad Farooq Shaikhani extended congratulations to both appointees, expressing hope that their presence will further enhance the chamber's activities and better represent the interests of the traders. He said that this meeting signifies a crucial step towards the Chamber's growth and dedication to serving the trading community in Hyderabad.
Dr. Muhammad Ismail Farouk Nami, the newly elected Senior Vice President, emphasized the Chamber's commitment to effectively addressing the issues of traders in Hyderabad. He highlighted ongoing efforts to resolve longstanding issues through liaisons with government departments, vowing to diligently work on the Chamber's platform to resolve traders' concerns.
The newly elected Vice President Muhammad Yaseen Khilji expressed his pride in taking up the responsibilities and pledged to leverage his capabilities to further illuminate the Chamber's name. The assembly witnessed the presence of executive committee members including Daulat Ram Lohana, Muhammad Ayub Shaikh, Kashif Shaikh, Zulfiqar Ahmed Farooqi, Muhammad Idrees Memon, Dr. Abdul Jabbar Rajput, Waseem Ahmed Qureshi, Muhammad Fahad Mian, Muhammad Farhan Iqbal, and Kishor Kumar Bhatia.
