The channel report said that at least 24 candidates have submitted their papers to contest elections from the same constituency.

Interestingly, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former Health minister Dr Yasmin Rashid has also filed her nomination papers against Nawaz Sharif from the same constituency.

Some other candidates including Pakitan People’s Party (PPP) leader Ahmad Khan, Nawaz League’s Bilal Yasin and Waheed Alam Khan have also submitted their nomination papers for NA-130 Lahore.

It is pertinent to mention here that Nawaz Sharif will also contest elections from Mansehra’s NA-15.

Shameful yet another normal for misuse of rule of law. This is actually extra judicial act, especially when the SC had a final say on the matter. Meanwhile assets beyond means of these confirmed criminals remain unanswered. Students of history are living through how to ruin a country.

It's mindboggling......a person convicted by 7 judges of the SC after about a years trial, is standing for elections after a lower court ( IHC ) overturned the judgment IN 43 MINUTES.......and the government and SC are silent. To a layman's thinking this appears wrong. A logical understandable explanation from a credible source would clear the matter.
