Youm-e-Dua day was held for Malala Yousufzai across Azad Jammu and Kashmir here on Monday. The meetings and rallies were held by PPP workers, supporters and locals to express solidarity with Malala. Addressing the meeting, Central Media Advisor to AJK PM, Shoukat Javed Mir said that peace award winner, Malala deserved noble peace award for her services in the field of education and against ignorance and extremism.
He vehemently condemned the assault on Malala, a brave daughter of the nation, and prayed for her early recovery. He demanded immediate arrest the culprits and giving them exemplary punishment which would help eradicating terrorism from the country.
