KARACHI: On Monday at PMEX, the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR16.946 billion and the number of lots traded was 14,222.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 10.487 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.528 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.398 billion), Platinum (PKR 1.131 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 858.498 million), Silver (PKR 672.585 million), Copper (PKR 205.916 million), Japan Equity (PKR 169.731 million), Natural Gas (PKR 153.367 million), DJ (PKR 143.227 million), Palladium (PKR 108.508 million), SP 500 (PKR 72.992 million)and Brent (PKR 15.709 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 15 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 16.244 million were traded.
