KARACHI: On Tuesday at PMEX, the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR13.542 billion and the number of lots traded was 12,093.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 7.314 billion, followed by Silver (PKR 1.252 billion), Platinum (PKR 1.223 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.202 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 964.866 million), NSDQ 100 (PKR 756.173 million), Copper (PKR 311.330 million), Natural Gas (PKR 208.092 million), Palladium (PKR 114.089 million),DJ (PKR 88.992 million), Japan Equity (PKR 54.412 million), SP 500 (PKR 26.714 million) and Brent (PKR 25.564 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 50 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 109.423 million were traded.
