Jahangir Siddiqui and Company Limited (JSCL) has received Rs 2.364 billion for the sale of 15,766,153 ordinary shares of Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited (PICTL) at Rs 150 per share. Jahangir Siddiqui Company had signed a Share Purchase Agreement with ICTSI Mauritius Limited for the sale of minimum 13,000,000 shares of PICTL.
"We are please to inform that JSCL has received Rs 2,364,922,950 for the sale of 15,766,153 ordinary shares of PICTL at Rs 150 per share," an information sent to Karachi Stock Exchange on Friday said.
