US Defence Secretary underscores ironclad commitment to Philippines

MANILA: US Defence Secretary Lloyd Austin on Monday emphasised the United States’ unwavering commitment to its defence treaty ally the Philippines, after the two countries signed an intelligence-sharing agreement in Manila.
