KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling was flat on Thursday, with dollar inflows from remittances and offshore investors who participated in this week’s Treasury bond auction giving support to the local unit, traders said.

At 0901 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,685/3,695, same level as Wednesday’s close.
